The area where the villa is situated is fairly flat. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 74cm wide. A ramp is also available. The lounge door is 99cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 69cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 74cm wide and the path is 200cm wide. The area around the pool area is flat except for 1 step leading to the BBQ and outdoor seating area and the pool has ladder access only. The widest bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the widest bathroom doors are 63cm wide with shower and bath. This is a single-storey villa.
