Four-bedroom Villa Marquesa is superbly located less than a ten-minute stroll from the sandy beaches, shops, and restaurants in Gale and Lourenco. A sparkling, turquoise pool runs almost the breadth of the villa, bordered by sun loungers. Extending out from the property is a shady pergola, host to an al-fresco dining table and chairs. An adjacent open Portuguese BBQ allows you to grill up some tasty kebabs or fresh fish in the garden
Inside, a split-level living and dining area features a large sink-into sofa and dining area. The bedrooms are individually designed with plush furnishings. Sumptuous throws, rugs, and dramatic headboards feature in these rooms. Two double bedrooms are ensuite and the two twin bedrooms also have a bathroom each, so plenty of room for up to eight guests.

Mobility Statement
There are 5 steps into the villa and a 120cm wide path for access. The front door has a width of 86cm and other doors to access the pool is the patio door in the hallway which is 62cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide and the grounds are flat all round. There is 1 step down from the terrace to the pool and 3 steps internally which are between the dining area and the lounge. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 69cm wide. The shower has one 10cm step up. Vila Silva, is a beautiful refurbished vila located in Galé just a few minutes walking to the beach.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.

There is a fully equiped kitchen, a living area TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard and dining area with lots of light with a nice view to the swimming pool.
The outside area is very large, private and with lots of space for your children to play.
The swimming pool (swimming pool can be heated, this is an optional extra and Temperature will be between 26 - 28 degrees) and the large outside give the option to do delicious BBQ for your family and friends.
