Four-bedroom Villa Marquesa is superbly located less than a ten-minute stroll from the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants in Gale and Lourenco.
The Villa is a short walk away from a quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants (including one with 2 Michelin stars)
The front door opens into a hallway with the spacious living/ dining area on the left.
The open plan living area has ample seating surrounding the feature fireplace and 1 set of patio doors leading out to the garden. On one side, there is a dining table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a family meal. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent, overlooking the pool and garden.
On the ground floor there is 1 twin bedroom and a separate bathroom adjacent. Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor and the remaining 3 bedrooms.
First Floor : There are 1 twin bedroom with a separate modern bathroom, 2 double bedrooms each with an en suite shower room.
Outdoor Private Pool, Pool Size: 8.00m x 4.00m, Pool Depth: 1.00m - 1.80m, Ladder Access, Poolside Shower. The brick BBQ, garden table and chairs are the perfect combination for entertaining your party alfresco.
The town of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip all with quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10 min drive.
Touristic Tax of 2 Euros per Guest per night, over 12 years old

There are 5 steps into the villa and a 120cm wide path for access. The front door has a width of 86cm and other doors to access the pool is the patio door in the hallway which is 62cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide and the grounds are flat all round. There is 1 step down from the terrace to the pool and 3 steps internally which are between the dining area and the lounge. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 69cm wide. The shower has one 10cm step up.
