Description
Just a short stroll from Castelo beach and with impressive panoramic views, Villa Severino enjoys the serenity of a relatively rural setting whilst being within walking distance of the sandy beach, restaurants and cafés. Typical portuguese villa for families, the open plan living area is bright with two sets of French windows that open onto colourful gardens. The upstairs bedrooms benefit from having access to a large balcony. From this privileged vantage point far-reaching views stretch out towards Castelo to the sparking sea. Externally, the attractive gardens and lovely private pool create an oasis which you will find difficult to leave, however getting out and about could not be easier. A ten minute stroll takes you down to the village and sandy beaches of Castelo and Coelha, whilst a drive of less than ten minutes brings you to the bustling old town of Albufeira.

The house was very well kept and equipped with everything that you would need, like towels, kitchen utensils, etc., everything you need for a top vacation. The pool and the garden were great. Very clean and a good size.
The outside area is great for doing BBQ. The customer service was always courteous and exceeded our expectations. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The few times I called everything was handled as if it was an emergency. Highly recommended. Book it for your next trip. Thank me later. |

Completely renovated in 2023 to an impressive standard, Villa Barbara is an exceptional villa, beautifully located in a quiet residential area in Albufeira. This immaculate, modern property ticks all the boxes for a totally relaxing holiday with its private pool.
On the top floor, the villa's accommodation offers fantastic views of the sea in the distance. The double bedroom with private bathroom and its own balcony overlooks the pool and sea, with glass balustrades to make the most of the view.
On the ground floor there is an airy, open-plan living and dining room that exudes style and sophistication, with two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor pool and garden. Two sofas offer a comfortable refuge from the midday sun where you can watch a movie and in the adjacent dining area, a full kitchen. and you will also find a Bluetooth for your enjoyment. A twin bedroom with private bathroom, air conditioning, a double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom are also on the ground floor.
The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, an excellent outdoor area to the side of the house with an impressive terracotta barbecue invites you to grill some sardines, simply sprinkle with sea salt and a little lemon and accompany with an ice-cold green wine.
With its wonderfully refreshing pool to cool off in, it's easy to see how days can pass without setting foot outside the villa space. However, there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, the Albufeira Marina with its shops and restaurants is around a 15-minute walk and the charming Albufeira beach with its soft, golden sand is turquoise waters and attractive rock formations, just a few minutes' walk away. Villa Laura is the perfect place for your Holiday, located on the hillside above Vale de Parra, with lovely views to the coast, on a quiet country lane with restaurants and bars at the bottom of the lane.
Just a few minutes drive to some of the finest Blue Flag 5 star beaches in the Algarve with some the finest in Europe !
The beatifully tiled swimming pool (8m x 4m) and 1.30 depth has corner Roman steps and a feature long bench inside the pool, perfect for sitting on hot sunny days ! The pool can be heated on request (Optional extra).
There is a lovely covered BBQ area with al fresco dining table.
Ground Floor : Entrance hallway with feature inlaid brick domed ceiling leading to lounge, with pateo doors to garden and pool terraces.
