On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living room and dining room with two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the exterior terrace, swimming pool and garden. The owner of this house has furnished the property thoughtfully and lovingly to the highest standards. A luxurious sofa offers a comfortable refuge from the midday sun where you can watch a film. In the adjacent dining area, seated in beautifully upholstered chairs around an impressive glass table. You will also find a Bluetooth speaker.

The fully equipped kitchen, with its high-gloss cabinets and state-of-the-art gadgets and appliances, is yours to tinker with as you please, although it's a safe bet that the magnificent outdoor kitchen area beside the house will tempt even the most meticulous chef to venture outside. Here, an impressive stone barbecue with multiple shelves for your spices and garnishes invites you to keep everything deliciously simple and perhaps grill some locally caught sardines – just sprinkle with sea salt and a squeeze of lemon and wash down with a chilled green wine.

When you crave a bit of shade, feel truly Zen as you head to the hidden shaded gazebo.

With your own tennis court to use whenever you wish, a wonderfully refreshing swimming pool to cool off and a snooker table to organise family tournaments, it's easy to see how the days fly by without leaving the villa grounds. However, there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk and the delightful 5 km stretch of Galé beach, with its soft golden sand, turquoise waters, gentle waves and attractive rock formations, just minutes' drive away. Pool heating (on request)
This pool has been equipped with a Pool Heating Pump, making the pool approximately 3 degrees C to 5 degrees C warmer at 1pm than an unheated pool in the low season.
Furthermore, should the pool temperature exceed 28 degrees C, the pool heating will be switched off.
