This semi detached holiday villa with a private pool is located on Praia da Galé, close to cafés, restaurants and the Apolónia Supermarket. Furnished in a traditional Portuguese style.
This two-storey town house is walled and comprises a ground floor with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob. With access to the outside barbecue area.The living/dining room (with a fan) has access to the pool area with sun loungers, 1 bathroom (washing machine).
On the first floor there are a total of 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and one bathroom support both bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, en-suite shower room. All rooms have a terrace with views.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, Sat TV, Air conditioning in all bedrooms for cold and warm.
Additional notes
Touristic Tax of 2 Euros per Guest per night, over 12 years old
Prices up to 6 people.
The changeover day is every day from Monday to Saturday, except in July and August which is Saturday.
**Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.
**Breakage Deposit Youth Groups is €250 per person (payable by credit card only).
