Is there a minimum age for making a booking?

You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking with us. The person making the booking will become the head of the group and must travel on the holiday.

What is a changeover day? Is it fixed?

A changeover day is the specific day of the week when holidays start and end at a particular villa.
Changeover day is usually fixed only for July and August. For more information about changeover day on your desired villa, please enquire us about availability.

What do villa rental rates cover?

The rental rates are per villa per week and not per person, so there are no 'under occupancy' discounts!
The rental rates quoted show the cost of the accommodation for the chosen period. The villa rental rates cover all services such as laundry, cleaning, pool maintenance, gardening and also include electricity, water and gas.
Please note that winter rentals and long term lets may be subject to additional charges and the rates may not include maid service or the cost for the electricity, gas or water supplies.

Not included but available against extra cost: Air conditioning (when applicable), Central heating (when applicable), Pool heating (when applicable), cots (0 - 2 years old), High chairs, Welcome pack (basic food pack - until 6 persons), Airport transfers from/to the airport (please check: Transfer Rates Table).

What breakage charge do you require?

A non-refundable €24,00 breakage charge will be added to your invoice, covering up to 4 people staying at the accommodation, and for bookings of 5 or more people there will be an additional €6,00 charge per person. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your accommodation during your holiday, up to the value of 300,00 Euro (except some leisure resorts and certain accommodation where a refundable breakage deposit will be payable locally or prior to arrival).

Please note that the breakage charge does not cover you for willful and negligent behaviour. If the cost of accidental damage exceeds 300,00 Euro or the damage is caused by negligence or intention, a charge will be made locally.

When is my balance due and how can I pay?

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival and you can pay the balance of your holiday at any time on or before the due date. The balance due date can be found on the booking confirmation. Please contact us regarding payment methods available.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?

All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool.

Are cots and high chairs provided in the villas?

Cots of the travel type, cot linen and high chairs are provided on request.

Are extra beds available?

Yes. An extra bed can be provided for some of our villas for a supplemental fee, however it is usually a fold-up Z-bed type and more suited to children. These can be added to the accommodation as an extra at the time of booking. Alternatively you can contact us prior to your booking to discuss.
Please note that the villa's amenities will not necessarily allow for an extra person.

Will an iron and ironing board be provided?

Generally all accommodation types will have iron and ironing boards.

Is maid service provided?

Yes, maid service is provided. Maid service varies at each individual property. Please enquire about the precise details for the property you are interested in.

When is the pool heating available?

Heated pools are only available when stated in the relevant villa description. Pool heating is available as an optional extra and an extra charge will be incurred for this facility which may be payable with the booking. Please note that usually a pool that allows heating can take up to 3 days to heat so please refer to this option when making the booking. If you require more information on pool heating prior to booking, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise you.

Are transfers provided?

Airport transfers are not included in the holiday cost. However we can provide this service at an additional cost. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. To check the costs of this feature, please visit our Transfer Rates Table.

Why do we need your flight details?

Many orderable extras ordered with the villa (transfers, welcome packs, cots, etc.) require the arrival and departure times to arrange the orders. In addition, we provide your arrival and departure times to the house managers who will in turn try to clean the villas in a logical order, so if you are arriving early they will try and clean the villa earlier, and if you are departing late they will leave the villa until later - although this is by no way guaranteed as they have many houses to do in a short time.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?

Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you upon reception of the balance. Collection points do vary depending on the destination and the accommodation you are traveling to.

What is in a welcome pack?

A welcome pack has essential items usually include tea, coffee, water, juice, milk, bread, jam, sugar, etc. For your convenience we always recommend a welcome pack especially if you are arriving in the evening. Please order your welcome pack in advance to avoid disappointment.

Will I need to take travel adaptor plugs?

Yes, the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you take with you.

What are the passport and driving license requirements abroad?

All clients must carry a valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity before expiry date. Visas may be required by clients who do not carry a UK passport.

If satellite TV is provided in the accommodation, which channels can I expect to receive?

It will be local satellite at the property that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available - please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

What time can we get into the villa and when do we have to leave?

The official time for entry into your accommodation is 16:00 local time. The cleaners have sole access to the accommodation until this time to prepare for your arrival. Please take this in to account when booking your flights.

Can we get in early or stay late?

Contractually we have to allow the cleaners from 10:00 until 16:00 to prepare the villa for the next arrivals. If you need help with luggage storage, please contact us.

Will we be met at the airport?

No. You will be provided with detailed directions from the airport to the villa, we do advise you research your route prior to travel though. We do have representatives in resort should you require any help locating your villa.
